Our Book a Trial feature allows you to try up to 5 garments in the comfort of your home before making a purchase. Once you’ve made a booking, our team will contact you to confirm the trial details, including the date and time, ensuring a seamless experience.

We are offering free home trials until [insert date]. After this promotional period, each home trial will incur a fee of Rs. 999, which can be applied toward future purchases. (This offer may be extended.)

Upon deciding to purchase an item from the trial, full payment will be required. After payment, your order will undergo quality checks, and delivery will be completed within 15-20 days. At the time of delivery, our team will ensure the product is delivered intact in your presence.

You may cancel your order at any time before the article is delivered. However, once the item has been delivered, it is non-refundable and non-returnable under this policy.

If you wish to exchange your purchased item, you can request a replacement within 7 days of the original order. The transaction period of 15-20 days will restart once the replacement request is processed.

If you have pets, please ensure they are kept away from both the trial garments and our representatives during the trial to maintain the quality of the items and ensure the safety of our staff.

In the rare case that an item you booked is out of stock, you will be notified within 2-5 days of placing your booking. The availability is managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
