The 24-Hour Return Window We offer a 1-day return policy. You must contact us to request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a request, email us at ijorethnic@gmail.com or call 8588076552. 2. Eligibility & Condition For a return to be accepted, the item must be: Unused and Unworn: In the exact same condition as received. Complete Packaging: You must return the Saree along with the Cotton Saree Bag provided. Fully Tagged: All original tags must remain attached. Documented: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 3. Shipping & Security Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions. Return Address: Use the address located on your original shipping label. Tamper Protection: For your security, the return package must be sealed by the delivery partner in your presence. This prevents product switching or tampering during transit. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a prior request will be rejected. 4. Fees and Logistics If the correct product was delivered as ordered but you choose to return it, a nominal return fee of Rs 250 will be applied to cover logistics and handling. This amount will be deducted from your final refund. 5. Damages and Incorrect Items Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us instantly so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. 6. Refunds and Timelines After we receive your package, our team performs a manual inspection. Inspection Period: Please allow 10–15 business days for inspection and processing. Prepaid Orders: Refunds are sent to the original payment method (minus the Rs 250 fee). COD Orders: You must provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID via email to receive your refund.
